Free Patriotic Movement Condemns Targeting of Al-Rahi and Denounces Incitement and Hate Speech

The "Free Patriotic Movement" condemned on "X" "any targeting of religious symbols in general and Patriarch Bechara Al-Rahi due to what Bkerke represents in the Christian and national conscience," and also denounced "the discourse of incitement, hatred, and treason, which it had previously warned against in the proposed text for protecting Lebanon."

It added: "The Movement calls upon all Lebanese, including opinion leaders, parties, political figures, and media outlets, to uphold national responsibility, especially in the extremely critical circumstances that Lebanon is currently experiencing."
