The head of the Lebanese Forces party, Samir Geagea, wrote on "X": "I called His Beatitude Maronite Patriarch Mar Bechara Boutros al-Rahi, and expressed my strong condemnation of the campaigns being waged against him. These campaigns are not strange to the Maronite Patriarchate, due to its steadfastness on national principles and the historical path whose hallmark has always been Lebanon of sovereignty and freedom."
