On 27-3-2026, a citizen filed a complaint with the Hadath Police Station in the Regional Gendarmerie Unit against an unknown person for the crime of stealing from inside his home, and that the stolen items included hunting rifles, gold jewelry, and some personal property.
As a result of the follow-up and intensive investigations conducted by the aforementioned station, suspicion fell on one of the complainant's neighbors, so he was summoned, on the same date, to the station's center, and he is named:
J. F. (born in 1960, Lebanese)
It turned out that he has a criminal record.
During interrogation, he confessed to committing the theft, by sneaking in and breaking the door of the complainant's home, and stealing hunting rifles, gold jewelry, valuable watches, and other property.
He also guided the station's members to the hiding place of the stolen items, which were seized and returned to their owner.
The detainee was handed over to the Baabda Judicial Branch in the Judicial Police Unit, for further investigation, based on the指示 of the competent judiciary.
