Tyreek Hill reached a surprise settlement with Sophie Hall, who sued him for breaking her leg during a football drill.

A sudden settlement on Friday ended the trial of former Miami Dolphins star Tyreek Hill, who had been sued by an OnlyFans model over a leg injury. The agreement, reached with Sophie Hall, came after a jury had already been selected and opening statements delivered in Broward County.
Hall, a 36-year-old social media personality with 2.3 million Instagram followers, alleged that Hill broke her leg with "crushing force" during a backyard football training session at his Florida mansion on June 28, 2023. The incident, she claimed, required reconstructive surgery and physical therapy.
Hall, who stands 6-foot-1 and weighs 250 pounds, testified that Hill—5-foot-10 and 191 pounds—felt "insulted" when she tackled him during the drill in front of his friends and family. Her legal team argued the 32-year-old NFL veteran then aggressively pushed her backward, causing the fracture.
Hill's attorneys countered during opening statements that Hall actually tripped over a dog, and that she understood the risks of a contact sport. They also highlighted that Hall remained at Hill's home for several days of sexual activity before seeking medical treatment.
"I wanted comfort, and I felt very vulnerable at that moment. I was injured."
Hall acknowledged in a December 2024 deposition that she spent days having sex with Hill in his bed after the incident. According to the Daily Mail, Hill admitted during that same deposition that he wanted sex with Hall "because she's tall... maybe as a fetish."
The model appeared to soften her own claims during the deposition, suggesting Hill did not intend to harm her. "Those aren't the words I used. I said I got hurt while playing. I just said I was trying to guard him and that's how I got hurt," she stated.
Hall had sought at least $50,000 in damages under claims of battery, assault, and negligence. The trial, expected to last seven days, was cut short Friday afternoon when Hall agreed to drop the case for an undisclosed sum.
As Hill left the courthouse, he told NBC6: "I'm going to Disney World."
The two first met after Hall enrolled her son in Hill's football camp, and they exchanged daily messages until the injury occurred.
