Acer unveils the Iconia iM11-22M5G, an Android 15 tablet with a metal-and-glass body, a 90Hz display, and a detachable keyboard.

Acer is re-entering the competitive tablet market with a new device it expects to generate significant sales. The company has disclosed the full specifications of the Iconia iM11-22M5G, positioning it as a contender in the smart tablet arena.
The tablet features a chassis constructed from aluminum and impact-resistant, scratch-proof glass. It measures 261.7 by 177.7 by 7.9 millimeters and weighs 535 grams. The package includes an external keyboard and a smart stylus for writing, drawing, and app control.
The device is equipped with an 11.45-inch IPS LCD screen offering a resolution of 1440 by 2200 pixels. The display boasts a 90Hz refresh rate, a pixel density of roughly 230 PPI, and a peak brightness of 450 nits.
Under the hood, the Iconia runs on Android 15. It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7050 processor paired with a Mali-G68 MC4 graphics unit. The tablet comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, expandable via a microSDXC card slot.
The rear camera system is a dual-lens setup with a 16-megapixel main sensor and a 2-megapixel macro lens. The front-facing camera has an 8-megapixel sensor. Acer has also included four speakers, a 3.5mm headphone jack, dual Nano-SIM slots for cellular connectivity, a USB Type-C 2.0 port, and a fingerprint scanner.
Power is supplied by a 7,400 mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging.
