Hysterical laughter from the stands of the Santiago Bernabeu on Thursday night has sparked a wave of speculation. Cameras from the "DZAN" network captured Fayza Lamari, mother of French star Kylian Mbappe, in an uncontrollable laughing fit at the very moment Real Madrid supporters unleashed a chorus of whistles and jeers aimed at her son. The incident occurred during the La Liga matchday 26 clash between Real Madrid and Real Oviedo, which the home side won 2-0.

The bizarre reaction has left fans and pundits divided. Some question whether Lamari was openly mocking the Real Madrid faithful, while others suggest it was simply an involuntary, spontaneous response to the tense atmosphere.

Mbappe himself was the center of attention long before the final whistle. Beyond the jeers, his unusual behavior on the bench drew scrutiny. The forward was seen laughing throughout the match, seemingly detached from the drama unfolding on the pitch, before being introduced as a substitute for the first time since recovering from injury.

After the final whistle, Mbappe stopped to speak in the mixed zone, giving an interview to the Spanish newspaper Sport. "It was a shame for me not to play in the Clasico," he said. "I love playing against Barcelona, and I always score against them."

Addressing the whistles from the crowd, he added: "We can't change people's opinions; it's just a way for them to express their view. We can't change that. This is normal in the life of a famous player like me. It's the opinion of the fans, and you shouldn't take it personally. No one is going to die tonight."

Mbappe also revealed the reason he did not start the match. "The coach told me I am the fourth striker in the team, behind Mastantuono, Vinicius, and Gonzalo," he explained.
