Real Madrid Ready to Sign Gabriel as Announcement Looms

Manchester United forward JJ Gabriel is set for a transfer after Real Madrid reportedly accepted the terms for his signing. The 16-year-old, widely regarded as one of the world’s top young forwards, represents a significant asset for the Red Devils.

Gabriel’s Exit Motivation

The prospect of losing Gabriel marked a substantial setback for United when it emerged that he intends to leave to further his development elsewhere. His relationship with the club deteriorated due to limited first-team opportunities, while concerns regarding United’s general decline over recent years were shared by him and his representatives.

Interest in the teenager has been strong among Europe’s elite clubs, including Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain, and Real Madrid. Despite United’s efforts to persuade him to stay, respected reporter Fabrizio Romano confirmed this week that Gabriel remains determined to move.

Romano on Transfer Odds

Romano stated there is a “ninety-five per cent chance” for Gabriel to depart, noting that a move to La Liga was likely, a prediction he had maintained since September. He revealed that Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich also contacted individuals close to the player and his family.

According to Romano, Real Madrid and Barcelona are the two clubs engaging in regular discussions with Gabriel’s camp to assess if a deal can be finalized. He added that the current situation involving the first team’s loss of form does not help change the circumstances regarding Gabriel’s potential exit from United.

Gabriel’s team indicated that they will make the announcement on their final decision about his next move shortly. On the terms of the potential Real Madrid deal, the report explained:
