Amnesty International Reports Israel Occupies 6% of Lebanon's Territory

Amnesty International has disclosed that the area from which Israel forbids return encompasses approximately 6 percent of Lebanon's total land area.

The organization also noted that as of June 7, 2026, more than one million individuals remain displaced within Lebanon.
