Army: Seizes Automatic Weapons Cache and Destroys Cannabis Cultivation Area
The Lebanese Army continues its operations against security threats and drug trafficking, seizing a cache of automatic weapons and destroying a cannabis cultivation site in Bekaa Valley.

The Army continues pursuing individuals threatening security and combating drug trafficking across various regions of Lebanon. Military units conducted search operations in the Chraouna and Tel al-Abiad neighborhoods in Baalbek, searching for suspects wanted for firearm offenses, arresting citizens (H.F.J.), (H.H.J.), and (A.M.), and seizing a cache of automatic weapons in various calibers, military ammunition, military equipment, and a quantity of Captagon pills.

Meanwhile, other units in the Wadi al-Riyan area in Baalbek destroyed a cultivated cannabis plot and dismantled agricultural tents used for cultivation.
