Berri Affirms Strong Ties with Aoun and Salam, Calls for National Unity
Lebanese Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri confirmed good relations with President Joseph Aoun and Prime Minister Nawaf Salam, urging national unity to resolve crises. He also highlighted the urgency of addressing the electricity sector through international investment.

Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri affirmed that his relationship with President Joseph Aoun and Prime Minister Nawaf Salam is good, noting that communication with both presidents continues. He stressed that there is no alternative but to use the weapon of national unity to solve all the problems and crises surrounding us.
In a press interview, he addressed the electricity file, considering it as essential as water and air in Lebanon, indicating that he discussed this issue with the Prime Minister, which cannot be avoided from being treated.
Berri called for attracting investors from around the world to launch the sector according to the BOT formula, meaning Build, Operate, and Transfer, noting that Salam shows full responsiveness and interest in this file.
