Berri and Egyptian Foreign Minister Discuss Lebanon's Stability and Peace

Speaker of the Parliament Nabih Berri held a phone conversation with Egypt's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Badr Abdel Aati, during which they discussed recent developments in Lebanon and the region.

Minister Abdel Aati reaffirmed Egypt's commitment to Lebanon's stability, stressing that the primary focus should be on the complete withdrawal of the Israeli enemy from southern Lebanon and the deployment of the Lebanese army. He emphasized that a full Israeli withdrawal is the key to achieving stability in Lebanon.

In response, Berri reiterated the necessity of avoiding sedition within Lebanon and underscored the importance of exerting all efforts to preserve and maintain stability and civil peace.
