Decision by the Minister of Finance... And This Is What It Contains

Minister of Finance Yassin Jaber issued a decision extending until 08/06/2026 inclusive the deadline for submitting the annual income tax declaration for the year 2025, whose original deadline ends on 31/05/2026, including for companies holding petroleum rights and operating companies holding petroleum rights, and paying the due tax, and the deadline for submitting the statement of the beneficial owner (form M18), and the deadline for the annual declaration for the year 2025 regarding amounts subject to tax under Articles 41 and 42 of the Income Tax Law and the tax under Chapter Three.
