Defense Ministry First to Pay Electricity Bills... and Saad Thanks Mansour
Lebanese Defense Minister Michel Moussa was praised by Energy Minister Joudeh Saad for being the first to settle outstanding electricity bills owed to Electricite du Liban.

Minister of National Defense Lieutenant General Michel Moussa received Minister of Energy and Water Joudeh Saad in his office at Yarze, where several issues and concerns relevant to both ministries were discussed.
Saad thanked Lieutenant General Moussa for fully paying the accumulated amounts owed by his ministry to the Electricite du Liban, noting that the Ministry of National Defense had been the first to settle its dues.
