Exceptional Operational Activity at Beirut Port

In an exceptional operational scene reflecting the growing capabilities of Beirut Port and its role in maritime transport and trade, the port received three massive Mother Vessel ships in one day, despite the extraordinary conditions affecting the region.

The three vessels docked at Quay 16 on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, namely:

CMA CGM D’ARTAGNAN, measuring 366 meters in length

MSC SARA ELENA, measuring 300 meters in length

CMA CGM MOZART, measuring 278 meters in length

This event serves as proof of Beirut Port’s ability to continue operating efficiently, receiving and handling large vessels, reflecting ongoing improvements in its operational readiness through coordination and collaboration with CMA Beirut Terminal.

It also highlights part of the continuous development path over recent months, alongside ongoing expansion and modernization projects, aimed at solidifying its position as a key maritime gateway for Lebanon and the region, and enhancing its role as a regional logistics hub and a fundamental driver of the national economy.
