Exceptional Traffic Measures in Burj Abi Haidar Street and Al-Ouzai Area
The Internal Security Forces announce exceptional traffic measures due to the Autumn Festival in Barbour and road works in Al-Ouzai.

The following was issued by the General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces - Public Relations Department:
At the invitation of the Barbour Merchants Association, the "Autumn Festival" will be held in the Barbour market starting today, 08-10-2026, until 11-10-2026.
Therefore, traffic passage and car parking will be prohibited throughout the duration of the festival as follows:
From the intersection of Burj Abi Haidar Street (Bishop Gregorios Haddad Street) up to the Abd al-Rahman Mosque
From the Zrayq Southern Entrance intersection (Barbour Street) towards the Mazraa Corniche
A contracting company will carry out excavation work on the sides of the road in Al-Ouzai from the Union Water Tank junction, reaching the Nasser Station in the aforementioned area. This company will also rehabilitate and pave the road extending from the Mahdi Intersection - Nazlet al-Maramel towards the President Rafic Hariri Airport as follows:
Friday 09-10-2026: From 09:00 to 13:00
Saturday and Sunday 10 and 11-10-2026: From 08:00 to 14:00
Therefore, citizens are requested to take note and comply with the directions and guidance of the Internal Security Forces personnel, and with the traffic signs placed at the location, to facilitate traffic flow and prevent congestion.
