Finance Minister Leads METAC Steering Committee Meeting in Rabat

Finance Minister Yassin Jaber, accompanied by General Director of Finance George Maaraoui, traveled to Morocco to chair the annual meeting of the Steering Committee for the Middle East Regional Technical Assistance Center (METAC) 2026, held in Rabat. The meeting includes participation from member countries and donor partners.

The agenda includes reviewing METAC's work outcomes, assessing the impact of capacity-building programs, and setting priorities for technical assistance and economic and financial reforms for member states in the upcoming period.
