A French-Arab economic meeting was held in Paris with the participation of the President of the French-Arab Chamber of Commerce, the Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture in Beirut and Mount Lebanon, the Lebanese Ambassador to the Arab League, and the Secretary General of the Union of Arab Chambers, focusing on enhancing economic and trade relations between Arab countries and France.

A French-Arab economic meeting was held in Paris, attended by the President of the French-Arab Chamber of Commerce Raoul Delamar, the Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture in Beirut and Mount Lebanon Gaby Tamer, the Lebanese Ambassador to the Arab League Naji Abi Assi, and the Secretary General of the Union of Arab Chambers Dr. Khaled Hanafi.
The participants discussed current developments in the region and ways to enhance economic and trade relations between Arab countries and France, particularly Lebanese-French relations, in a way that serves common interests and opens new horizons for cooperation and investment.
The participants affirmed that developing trade and economic relations constitutes a fundamental pillar for achieving growth and prosperity, reflecting stability, development, and social well-being for the peoples of the region.
They also stressed the importance of intensifying communication between various relevant parties, and working to formulate practical initiatives and projects and specific proposals that would enhance cooperation and partnership between the Arab, Lebanese, and French private sectors.
The participants pointed to the existence of many promising investment and economic opportunities that can be built upon to achieve common interests and mutual benefits, expressing their hope for establishing lasting stability and peace in the region, enabling the Arab peoples, foremost among them the Lebanese people, to look forward to a more prosperous and growing future.
