General Security Organizes 23rd Phase of Syrian Displaced Persons Return via Tripoli

The General Security Directorate organized the 23rd phase of the Lebanese government's plan regarding the orderly return of Syrian displaced persons from Lebanon to Syria, in cooperation with UNHCR, IOM, the Lebanese Red Cross, and humanitarian organizations. This took place from the gathering point at the Rashid Karami International Fair - Tripoli, through the General Security border center in Al-Mina.
