As part of the British Project to Support Internal Security Forces (BPST), a specialized training course was organized on planning for the management of public order and security operations. The course targeted planning and analysis personnel at the General Directorate's Operations Room, lasted ten days, and was supervised by British experts and Internal Security Forces officers specializing in training in the field of public order and security operations management.

The graduation ceremony for the course took place on September 24, 2026, at the Headquarters Barracks – Ashrafieh, attended by Chief of Staff Brigadier Doctor Alfred Hanna, Head of the STU Committee Brigadier General Hanna Yazbek, Head of Service and Operations Division Colonel Abdullah Al-Hamssi, British experts, officials from the British Project (BPST), trained instructors, and officers from the Operations Room.

Brigadier Hanna, Brigadier General Yazbek, and one of the British experts delivered speeches focusing on the role played by operations rooms in managing public order and security operations, and the importance of continuous training for personnel. The speeches also expressed gratitude to the course organizers, British experts, and trained instructors.
