Israel's political leadership ordered the military to assassinate Hezbollah's Radwan Force commander in Beirut, citing ceasefire violations.
The political leadership in Israel issued a direct order to the military to carry out an assassination operation targeting the commander of Hezbollah's Radwan Force in Beirut, according to a senior official cited by Israeli public broadcaster Kan.
The official added that the targeted figure within the party had issued instructions to violate the ceasefire and carry out attacks against Israel.
