Israeli Army: We Attacked Hezbollah Targets in Response to Their Attack on Us in the Security Zone

The Israeli army spokesperson, Ila Wawaya, wrote on X: "We attacked infrastructure belonging to Hezbollah in the Nabatieh and Anjar regions in southern Lebanon during the past night (Saturday)."

She added: "The strikes were carried out following activity conducted by Hezbollah against our forces in the Al-Taher Heights area, located within the security zone where the Israeli army operates. We will not allow Hezbollah to threaten Israeli citizens or its forces, and will continue working to eliminate threats."
