The Israeli army confirmed adherence to the ceasefire while responding forcefully to over 50 rocket attacks by Hezbollah from southern Lebanon.

The Israeli army spokesperson Avichay Adraee reported that during multiple incidents overnight Saturday, Hezbollah fired more than 50 rocket projectiles toward the Israeli army in southern Lebanon.
Adraee stated on his X platform account that these attacks constitute repeated violations of the ceasefire agreement by Hezbollah. He emphasized that Israel will not tolerate any harm to its citizens or military and will respond strongly to any use of force against it.
He added that in response to these blatant violations and to eliminate threats, the Israeli army struck dozens of Hezbollah infrastructures and personnel in southern Lebanon overnight. The targeted sites included rocket launch positions, weapons depots, and command centers.
Adraee concluded by reaffirming Israel's commitment to the ceasefire agreement as directed by the political leadership and declared that operations to neutralize any threats to the State of Israel will continue.
