The Israeli army issued a statement announcing that it targeted three Hezbollah positions in southern Lebanon, citing violations of an agreement and damage inflicted on its forces within the security zone.

According to the statement, the Israeli Air Force conducted airstrikes last night against three Hezbollah bases located in the Nabatieh and Mifdoun areas in southern Lebanon.

The army clarified that these strikes were carried out in response to ongoing attacks and harm caused to its forces operating in the security zone by Hezbollah.

In a separate incident yesterday, the Israeli army reported that its multi-dimensional unit targeted a Hezbollah launch platform, which it said continued attempts to attack its forces.

The Israeli army affirmed its commitment to continuing operations aimed at eliminating any threats to its forces and stated it would not permit Hezbollah to harm Israeli citizens.
