Israel's Finance Minister Yisrael Smotrich demands harsh retaliation against Hezbollah for any attacks on northern Israel from Lebanon.
Israeli Finance Minister Yisrael Smotrich emphasized the need to prevent Hezbollah from exploiting regional or field developments to target northern Israel. He called for a strict military response to any assault originating from Lebanese territory.
In a statement, Smotrich said, "Hezbollah must not be allowed to exploit the situation to harm the north," adding, "The only way is that for every bullet fired toward our lands, ten buildings will be destroyed in the southern suburbs of Beirut."
