Israeli President Isaac Herzog extends a peace offer to Lebanon, expressing hope to visit Beirut if Lebanon remains free from Iranian and Hezbollah influence.
Israeli President Isaac Herzog addressed a message to Lebanese President Joseph Aoun and the Lebanese people, as shown in a video released by Israeli media. Herzog stated, "I extend a hand of peace to the President of Lebanon and the Lebanese people, but you must keep Lebanon free from the Iranian regime and Hezbollah, and Lebanon must remain an independent and sovereign state."
He further added, "I have a dream to travel to Beirut, provided that Lebanon's future is in Beirut, not in Tehran."
