Israel's Defense Minister Yisrael Katz confirms the army will remain in security zones in Lebanon, Syria, and Gaza and threatens a strong attack on Iran if it assaults Israel over Lebanon events.
Israel's Defense Minister Yisrael Katz declared opposition to withdrawing the Israeli army from Lebanon despite all pressures. He stated, "We will attack Iran strongly if it attacks Israel because of the events in Lebanon."
Katz added, "Together with Benjamin Netanyahu, I adopt a clear policy that the Israeli army will remain in the security zones in Lebanon, Syria, and Gaza."
