Jaber Signed Agreement to Secure Budget Allocations for Internal Security Forces
Finance Minister Yasin Jaber signed an agreement to secure full budget allocations for retired military personnel's educational grants, amounting to 425 billion Lebanese pounds. He also advanced preparations for the 2027 budget and held meetings with ministry specialists.

Finance Minister Yasin Jaber signed a project to secure internal budget allocations to fully cover educational allowances for retired military personnel, as provided by the Public Employees Cooperative. The allocation amounted to 425 billion Lebanese pounds.
Meanwhile, he continued advancing stages of preparing the 2027 budget and held a series of meetings with specialized directors in the ministry, during which detailed sections and figures were discussed, with the aim of completing and submitting it to the Council of Ministers by the constitutional deadline at the end of August.
In a separate matter, Jaber received a delegation from the Workers' Association, which presented an overview of the association’s activities and discussed the general economic and financial conditions currently facing Lebanon.
