Jaber Submitted the 2027 Budget Draft to the Council of Ministers

Finance Minister Yaseen Jaber submitted the draft law for the 2027 general budget to the Council of Ministers, accompanied by the legal provisions and justifications for the draft law of the 2027 general budget, along with a report on the required appropriations and the differences between the figures in the 2027 draft budget and those of the ongoing 2026 budget.

The submission of the budget draft follows the provisions of Article 17 of the Public Accounting Law, paving the way for its review, approval, and referral to the Chamber of Deputies in accordance with established procedures. It also fulfills the constitutional deadline set for the Ministry of Finance to submit the budget by the end of August each year.
