The Lebanese Army announced that one of its barracks was subjected to an "Israeli targeting," and said that this resulted in the injury of a soldier.

This came in a post on the army's account on the "X" platform, in which it announced: "Injury of one soldier with moderate wounds as a result of a hostile Israeli targeting of the army barracks in the city of Nabatieh."

Earlier on Saturday, the Israeli army issued an evacuation warning for residents of 10 towns and villages in southern Lebanon, instructing them to move at least one kilometer away.

In a post on the "X" platform, the Arabic spokesperson for the army clarified that the urgent warning includes Lebanese residents in the following towns and villages: Nabatieh al-Tahta, Kfar Tibnit, Zibdin (Nabatieh), Arabsalim, Kfar Rumman, Haboush, Blat (Marjayoun), Deir Kifa, Harouf, and Jibshit.
