Lebanese Army Commander Meets Saudi Ambassador to Discuss Regional Developments
Lebanese Army Commander Rudolf Heikal met with Saudi Ambassador Fahd bin Abdulrahman Al-Dossari to discuss recent developments and bilateral military cooperation.

In his office at Al-Yarzeh, Army Commander Brigadier General Rudolf Heikal received Saudi Ambassador to Lebanon Fahd bin Abdulrahman Al-Dossari during a courtesy visit marking the ambassador’s assumption of his duties in Lebanon. The ambassador was accompanied by Military Attaché Colonel Saleh bin Mohammed Al-Hammad. The meeting focused on the latest developments in Lebanon and the region, emphasizing the strengthening of fraternal relations between the two countries and cooperation between the Saudi and Lebanese armies.
Commander Heikal also welcomed former Minister Ghazi Al-Aridi and former Member of Parliament Ismail Sukri in separate meetings. During these discussions, current developments were reviewed. Both expressed appreciation for the sacrifices made by the military institution, conveying their recognition of its efforts to ensure Lebanon’s stability.
