Lebanese Army Issues Special Permits for Drone Filming of Events
The Lebanese Army has announced exceptional licenses for drone filming of various events, including weddings and cultural or sports activities.
The Lebanese Army Command – Directorate of Guidance released the following statement:
“Following the announcement issued on 1/3/2026 regarding the suspension of drone (DRONE) filming permits across all Lebanese territories, exceptional permits will now be granted for drone filming of events and activities such as weddings, cultural, and sports events. The permit applicant must specify the location and time, and pre-scheduled events can be included on the same permit. Requests should be sent via email to [email protected].”
