The Meeting of Lady of the Mountain issued a statement following its weekly gathering held both in person at the Ashrafieh headquarters and online. It noted that despite the clear opposition of Hezbollah and its remaining allies to the framework agreement, including their attempts to express dissent through street closures, recent events have demonstrated that the Lebanese army is capable—if supported by a political decision—of maintaining security without triggering a civil war, contrary to warnings issued by Hezbollah, its deputies, and their affiliates.

The statement emphasized that Lebanon after the framework agreement, which was completed with appreciation by the negotiating team in Washington under the authority's guidance, is not the same as Lebanon before it. It called on all parties to rally around the state and its institutions, identifying them as the sole guarantor for all Lebanese citizens. The statement added that those who claimed to guarantee a group only guaranteed themselves, as evidenced by the Iranian-American talks in Switzerland.

It reaffirmed that Lebanon itself is the guarantor, and experience has shown that those who claimed to protect a sect or group were in fact protecting only themselves by sheltering within the group rather than defending it.

The meeting was attended by Ahmed Fettat, Ahmed Ayyash, Ahmed Zaza, Edmond Yazbek, Ismail Sharafeddine, Amin Bashir, Antoine Andraos, Antoine Qassis, Antonia Al-Duweihi, Issal Saleh, Elie Al-Hajj, Ayman Jazini, Elie Qassefi, Elie Kirallas, Bassam Khoury, Bushra Aitani, Bahjat Salameh, Pierre Akl, Tawfiq Kaspar, Jad Al-Akhawi, George Salwan, George Al-Kallas, Joseph Farah, Joseph Karam, Joseph Mikhail, Habib Khoury, Hassan Bazi’, Hassan Munimneh, Hassan Abboud, Khalil Tobia, Khaled Nasouli, Daniel Zakher, Ralph Jermanoos, Ruba Kabbara, Ramzi Bou Khaled, Rodrique Noufal, Rita Ma’touk, Zahi Mosalli, Zeina Kreidieh, Sami Shamoun, Saad Kiwan, Salaf Al-Hajj, Sana’ Al-Jak, Talal Naji, Tony Habib, Tobia Attallah, Omar Ahmed, Omar Al-Ali, Omar Halbalb, Gholshan Saghlam, Ghassan Maghbghab, Fares Said, Fayrouz Joudieh, Carol Babikian, Kamal Risha, Lina Tanir, Lina Farajallah, Majid Karam, Marc Ja’ara, Marian Issa Al-Khoury, Mamoun Malek, Mohammad As’ad, Mohammad Al-Zarif, Mahmoud Wahba, Mustafa Aloush, Mayad Haidar, Maisam Al-Nawiri, Maisam Skaff, Nadira Fawaz, Nadine Karabedian, Nabil Yazbek, Nizar Murtada, Nawal Al-Ma’oushi, Norma Rizk, Hala Abu Nader Qassis, and Youssef Al-Khoury.
