Memo on End of Summer Time and Start of Winter Time from the Night of 24-25 October 2026
The Presidency of the Council of Ministers issued a memo reminding citizens to turn clocks back one hour starting midnight between October 24 and 25, 2026, marking the end of summer time.

The Presidency of the Council of Ministers announced that "In accordance with Council of Ministers Decision No. (5) dated 1998/08/20, which advances local time by one hour during the summer season from midnight of the last Saturday-Sunday of March until midnight of the last Saturday-Sunday of October each year, the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers reminds everyone of the obligation to delay the clock by one hour starting from midnight of 24 - 2026/10/25, the date of the end of summer time."
