Minister of Justice: No One Will Interfere in the Investigation into Hezbollah Explosives
Lebanese Minister of Justice Adel Nassar stated that no one will interfere with the judiciary or delay the investigation into explosives transported by Hezbollah, calling for the case to be referred to the Judicial Council.

Minister of Justice Adel Nassar affirmed that "no one will interfere with the judiciary, and no one will be able to delay the investigation into the matter of the explosives that Hezbollah was transporting."
Nassar revealed in an interview with MTV that "the explosive materials were transferred from the Bekaa Valley to the southern suburbs, and they are capable of destroying an entire neighborhood; merely storing them in a populated area is considered a crime and warrants prosecution."
He said: "I requested during the ministerial meeting that the file on the transport of explosives be referred to the Judicial Council, and that prosecution proceed to identify the source and the party that was supposed to receive these materials."
He reported that "there are serious doubts regarding whether these explosives were for internal use or to create new pretexts to drag Lebanon into new wars."
Nassar stressed that "Lebanon can no longer bear it, and the people of the south and the southern suburbs are no longer able to endure any military action or any pretext for Israel. No one exonerates Israel from the attacks; rather, what is required is to confine weapons to the Lebanese state, because this is the only course of action that allows the state to negotiate for the recovery of land."
