Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu confirmed that Israeli forces have crossed Lebanon's Litani River amid intensified military operations against Hezbollah.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu affirmed that his forces continue to strike Hezbollah with great intensity.
He stated, "Our forces have crossed the Litani River in Lebanon."
These remarks follow Netanyahu's earlier directives this week to expand and intensify military actions in Lebanon beyond the established red line.
On Wednesday, the Israeli army called on residents of southern Lebanon to evacuate northward beyond the Zahrani River, declaring that all areas south of the river are considered combat zones.
Southern Lebanon has been subject to ongoing Israeli airstrikes. This morning, the Israeli military targeted the Choueifat area in Beirut, announcing it struck a senior figure within Hezbollah.
The Israeli army also ordered the evacuation of six additional villages: Haboush, Kfour, Sahmar, Ain Qana, Nabatieh al-Tahta, and Kafr Rumman.
