President Joseph Aoun stressed the state's sole role in protection and affirmed unwavering determination to achieve peace despite difficulties.

President Joseph Aoun emphasized that "the state alone protects us," adding that "the Lebanese people aspire to establish it based on transparency, justice, and efficiency."
He stated, "The path to peace is difficult, but we have the will to achieve it. Despite the war, matters are progressing correctly, and nothing will stop us."
Aoun also noted that "the state is working to attract new blood and energies that can contribute to building the country. We are also seeking to restore trust between the state and the people, as well as between the state and the outside world. Although the war has somewhat hindered progress, nothing will stop us."
