President Aoun Congratulates Leticia Aoun: Successes Reflect the Resilience of the Lebanese

President of the Republic Joseph Aoun congratulated Lebanese athlete Leticia Aoun on the occasion of her qualification for the 2026 Asian Games, following her performance at the Asian Taekwondo Championship in Mongolia and reaching the quarter-finals, after her distinguished victory over the Chinese athlete, affirming that "this achievement expresses the strong will of the Lebanese and their ability to excel despite challenges," wishing her "continued success and brilliance in upcoming competitions, and raising Lebanon's name high in international forums."

He considered that "the successes achieved by Lebanese male and female athletes in international tournaments reflect the resilience of the Lebanese, who, despite the circumstances their homeland is going through, affirm Lebanon's presence and the civilizational message it carries to the world."
