President Aoun Discusses Developments and Situation in the South with Arnaud

Republic President Joseph Aoun discussed current local and regional developments, as well as the situation in the south and the work of United Nations organizations in Lebanon, with the Acting Special Coordinator for the United Nations in Lebanon, Jean Arnault.

Jean Arnault briefed the Republic President on the results of meetings he held during his visits to several countries, including the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The discussion also covered the situation in the region generally, and in the Gulf states specifically, in light of the attacks targeting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
