Lebanese President Joseph Aoun signed three decrees covering family allowances, the 2027 budget draft, and additional funding for public transport drivers.
Republic President Joseph Aoun signed 3 decrees:
- The first, numbered ٣٩٨٦, amends the family allowances stipulated in the compensation and assistance system.
- The second, numbered ٣٩٨٧, refers the general budget bill for the year ٢٠٢٧ to the Parliament.
- The third, numbered ٣٩٨٨, refers a bill to the Parliament aiming to open an additional appropriation in the general budget for the year ٢٠٢٦ worth ١٤٥٠ billion and ٨٠٠ million Lebanese pounds to support public transport drivers for passenger transport for ٣ months.
