Prime Minister Nawaf Salam Calls for Firm Ceasefire and Israeli Withdrawal
Prime Minister Nawaf Salam extends condolences and stresses the need to solidify the ceasefire and ensure Israel's full withdrawal from Lebanese territory.

Prime Minister Nawaf Salam expressed his sincere condolences to the family of the late educator Esperanza Ghandour, as well as to the residents of Nabatieh and the educational community there, following her death in a condemned Israeli airstrike.
He stated, "In this painful circumstance, I reiterate the necessity of solidifying the ceasefire and initiating the complete Israeli withdrawal from Lebanese lands as soon as possible. Our priority remains supporting the steadfastness of our people in the south, ensuring their safe and dignified return, and working to restore life to their schools, institutions, and public facilities."
