Prime Minister Nawaf Salam Reaffirms Lebanon's Sole Negotiation Authority to US Ambassador

Prime Minister Nawaf Salam met with the US Ambassador to Lebanon, Michel Aoun, where they discussed the seriousness of regional escalation and its effects on Lebanon, as well as preparations for the upcoming negotiation round in Washington.

During the meeting, Salam reiterated to Ambassador Aoun that no party other than the Lebanese state is authorized to negotiate on behalf of Lebanon.
