Deputy Public Prosecutor Judge Ahmed Rami Al-Hajj issued a judicial mandate to the Director General of the Internal Security Forces, Major General Raed Abdullah; the Director General of the General Security, Major General Hassan Shaqir; the Director General of State Security, Major General Edgar Laundos; and the Intelligence Directorate of the Lebanese Army. The mandate tasked them with implementing the necessary security measures to prevent riots, violations against public and private property, road blockages, obstruction of citizens' movements, and all actions that could disrupt public order.

Judge Al-Hajj also requested that the security agencies work on identifying the individuals responsible for these violations in preparation for taking the appropriate legal actions against them.
