Rafik Hariri International Airport in Beirut has instructed travelers to arrive at the airport no later than three hours prior to their scheduled flight departure. The directive follows heightened passenger traffic and a surge in outbound travelers during this period.

In an official statement, the airport presidency clarified that early arrival facilitates the smooth completion of check-in procedures, baggage drop-off, and security screening. It also helps mitigate congestion and prevent delays—particularly during peak operating hours.

Coordination and Passenger Guidance

The airport presidency confirmed that all operational units and agencies stationed within the facility continue coordinated efforts to ensure seamless passenger flow. It urged travelers to comply with instructions issued by service providers, airlines, and security authorities, and to verify their flight times in advance to support a more orderly and efficient travel experience.
