Rassamni and Tlais Discuss Development of Public Transport and Airport Taxi

Minister of Public Works and Transport Faiz Rassamni met with Amal Movement municipal affairs official and head of land transport unions and syndicates Bassam Tlais to discuss development projects being implemented by the ministry, alongside organizing the airport taxi sector and developing public transport on the Zahlé – Baalbek – Hermel line.

The meeting addressed, according to a statement, "ways to enhance cooperation between the public and private sectors in public transport, the importance of completing necessary preparations for the project, and accelerating required steps to move to implementation phases, contributing to the development of transport services and improving responsiveness to citizens' needs."
