Salim: Any extension with 'Soleider' must be tied to reviving Beirut's downtown

Prime Minister Nouf Salim wrote on the X platform: "The government decided today to immediately initiate talks with Soleider: any extension must be tied to reviving Beirut's downtown, completing public benefit projects with clear performance indicators, timelines, and defined implementation mechanisms, and a plan to enhance culture, heritage, and urban cohesion while encouraging members of the middle class and small and medium-sized enterprises."
