Salim Briefed on Efforts to Restore Order at Lebanese Olympic Committee

Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam received Sheikh Faisal Ahmed Ali Al Thani, Director of International Relations at the Olympic Council of Asia and representative of its President, Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al Thani.

The meeting was attended by Youth and Sports Minister Dr. Nora Pirakdarian and Qatar’s Ambassador to Beirut, Sheikh Saud bin Abdulrahman Al Thani.

During the session, Salam was informed about the initiatives underway to reorganize the Lebanese Olympic Committee and reinforce the regularity of its operations.
