Security Forces in the Spotlight: Arrest of 'Doctor Food'!
Lebanese Internal Security Forces arrested a man known as 'Doctor Food' on August 23, 2026, following a month-long investigation and a judicial raid on his home in Rhaba, Aakkar.
Issued by the General Directorate of Internal Security - Public Relations Section:
"As part of the ongoing efforts by the Internal Security Forces to track down individuals wanted by the judiciary and apprehend them, on August 23, 2026, a patrol from the Halba Judicial Unit within the Judicial Police Force arrested the following individual:
J.D. (born 1986, Lebanese), nicknamed "Doctor Food", against whom two arrest warrants and detention orders were issued for drug-related offenses.
This followed a month of investigations and surveillance, culminating in a judicial search operation at his residence in the Rhaba neighborhood, Aakkar.
Legal procedures were carried out accordingly, and he was handed over to the competent judicial authority, pursuant to a court directive."
