The Central Division in Tripoli - Town and Communications Detachment stopped a truck that was transporting a large quantity of Syrian lemons into Lebanese markets, as part of the Customs' continuous efforts to combat smuggling and protect local markets, following surveillance and follow-up operations.
The seized goods were confiscated and the persons concerned were brought to the specialized center to complete investigations and take the necessary legal action.
