Subcommittee of Joint Parliamentary Committees Begins Review of Bill to Establish Ministry of Technology and Artificial Intelligence
The subcommittee of joint parliamentary committees, chaired by MP Tony Frangieh, began reviewing a bill to establish a Ministry of Technology and Artificial Intelligence in Lebanon.
The subcommittee of the joint parliamentary committees held a session chaired by MP Tony Frangieh, attended by Minister of State for Administrative Development Fadi Makki and Minister of Displaced Persons and Minister of State for Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence Kamal Chehade.
The session was convened to review the draft law transmitted by Decree 1286, aiming to establish a Ministry of Technology and Artificial Intelligence in Lebanon.
The subcommittee began studying the articles of the draft law, with the review to be completed in a subsequent session.
