They Promote Drugs to Minors!

The following statement was issued by the General Directorate of State Security – Media, Guidance and Public Relations Department:

"In the framework of its follow-up on the scourge of drugs and their promotion networks, especially those targeting minors, and after precise security monitoring and follow-up, a patrol from the Akkar Regional Directorate – Al-Qbayat Office managed to arrest two Lebanese nationals (A.Y.) and (K.A.) inside a hairdressing salon in the town of Al-Amaer – Wadi Khaled, suspected of involvement in drug promotion, particularly among minors.

During the operation, a large quantity of Captagon pills and hashish was seized from their possession.

As a result of the investigation, they confessed to what was attributed to them, and it was also found that there were several judicial warrants against them.

Based on the instruction of the competent judiciary, the necessary legal measures were taken against them."
